Before I post on our fantabulous visit to San Antonio, I have to tell you about our housing contract. You will NOT believe this...we're pulling out for SA just having faxed over some real estate documentation moving forward with the sale. A few hours into our drive, our agent calls to inform us that THE BUYER IS BACKING OUT. Um...WHAT?!
It's cool, though. Twelve hours later we had a new contract. But UGH - that is NOT how you want to start a road trip!

Sounds like they're a bit on the schizophrenic side...Check the floorboards for bodies.
Different buyer...when we had the open house, a couple of folks submitted offers - lucky for us.
Wow, that is insane! Congratulations on having such a desirable home. Some houses seem to live on the market these days!
Wow Rachael -- what a scare. But I'm not surprised you got another contract. Your house is amazing!! When my house grows up, I would like it to be just like yours ;-)
